Full Refund
In accordance with the law, to cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice,
or send a telegram to MyBoatRV, 4500 Steiner Ranch Blvd. #1115 Austin, TX 78732 postmarked within 3 business days after you initially completed the sign-up form.
You will receive a refund of the full purchase price of your online advertisement.
180 day guarantee
MyBoatRV guarantees that we will create an ad on the sites listed and maintain your ad campaign until sold. If after 180 days your unit has not sold, then MyBoatRV
continue to run your ad campaign until sold at no cost to you or you may request a refund.
MyBoatRV policy also allows you to request a refund of this transaction fee by mailing or delivering a signed copy of this cancellation notice, along with
a NOTARIZED (stamped by a Notary) photocopy of your vehicle's title, or letter from your bank stating you have a current loan, to:MyBoatRV

Austin, TX 78732postmarked within 10 calendar days after the 180-Day guarantee date found on the front of your receipt. All refunds given will be subject to a $50.00 listing
fee for services rendered and cost incurred. Any requests not received within 10 days from your expiration date will not be refunded.
Fax, email and phone requests will NOT be accepted. If you simply decide not to sell your unit, refunds will not be accepted.
Our advertising program is comprehensive and designed for the serious seller. The asking price MUST competitive with both
NADA AND market value as determined by a random sampling of 5 similar units. Refunds will not be accepted if your asking
price exceeds the market value or if we do not receive the refund request and proof of current ownership within 10 days as
stated above.
